By submitting an advert to the 2-AD.com "Jobs" category the user is agreeing to pay a fee to advertise in that category. By submitting an advert to the above named category the user is agreeing that the fee required to do so is subject to change by 2-AD.com at any time without notice.
Once an advert has been submitted 2-AD.com will endeavour to put the advert live as soon as possible, but we reserve the right to refuse or delete adverts we believe are inappropriate. 2-AD.com is not able to verify the truthfulness of any statements made by the user in the advert copy. Accordingly, the user shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by 2-AD.com that are caused by an untrue statement deliberately made or provided by the user.
The user will have the option to upgrade the advert that they have submitted to 2-AD.com from the standard free advert to another one that 2-AD.com promotes. These may be different in design, colour or position on the website and may run for a different duration, unless the user has withdrawn the advert from sale or marked it as sold. If an advert upgrade is purchased and then withdrawn before the purchased duration has finished then the user will not be entitled to a refund for any unused time even if they subsequently decide to put the advert live again.
Trade adverts may also be placed for free, but users are required to select the Trade option within their account.
By phoning any and all of the private numbers listed in adverts, users are agreeing to pay a per minute fee in full, whether or not the line connects or is picked up by the other party. For further information on Private Response Numbers, including the current cost per minute

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and in accordance with English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kuwait Courts.
